When solely a hamburger can do, or a drive-through is your sole possibility, suppose little. select the child's meal or a junior burger. do this switch to induce your fast-food fix with fewer calories:

Skip: The mega burger, giant fries, giant soda --1,320 calories
Choose: beef burger, kid's fries, extra-small soda -- five hundred calories
